GAP CAMP week of July 2nd
- June 28, 2019

Staff have sent you an email with the details below. Please check your junk mail folder.

The week of July 2nd – July 5th. (There is no camp on Statutory Holidays).

We wanted to send a quick message to go over some details about how the days will operate, and expectations for both parents and our staff.

All dates have enough High-5 trained staff on hand to meet ratio requirements, including adult ECE staff supervision.

7:30-8:00am Early Drop-Off

Children arriving early are welcome to use this time to eat breakfast, or sit quietly with a book or board game while they await the rest of the group.

Drop-off: 8:00am-8:30 Front Foyer

Parents/guardians will be required to sign children in at drop-off, and preferably advise of an approximate pick-up time as this allows us to more accurately staff the end of day. Please use this time to notify staff of any pertinent details about pick-up.

GAP will be using the Cedar Room to store their belongings over the summer. This room has cubbies and hooks, and will be locked after hours. Staff will ask your children to head to this room first thing after drop-off to hang up their items, change shoes, if necessary and get their water bottles out.

Pick-up: 4:30pm-5:00pm - Front Foyer/Gymnasium

Children will finish each day in the Gymnasium. Parents/Guardians must enter the building and sign kids out. If someone other than the listed parent(s) or Emergency Contact will be collecting children, you must notify staff before pick-up time.

*If for any reason you will be collecting a child earlier than the pick-up window, or for a brief time during the day and returning (ex. Dentist appointment) please advise staff by replying to this email with the details, or at drop-off on the day of the change.
