Please note that it is the responsibility of the Contractor/Service Provider to notify Codey Munshaw via email or phone at cmunshaw@powassan.net or 705-724-2813 ext. 202 upon reviewing a Tender or RFP document. The Municipality will ensure that all Contractors/Service Providers that notified the Municipality, receive any and all necessary addendums or RFP/Tender clarifications. The Municipality will not be held responsible for Contractors/Service Providers who failed to notify the Municipality of their interest in a RFP or Tender.
