New Recycling Program
New Recycling Program

Beginning Tuesday, September 16, 2025, the Municipality will be part of the provincial recycling program that shifts the operation and cost of the recycling program in Ontario to producers rather than municipalities.
 
Recycling MUST be by the curb by 6 a.m.
 
The collection schedule wont change and how you place your materials at the curb should not change. The program will be managed by Circular Materials and collection will be done by Emterra. Contact information and what can be recycled can be found here: https://www.circularmaterials.ca/resident.../powassan/
